      No, you’re not “too” into your clients! Sometimes, Alex, it’s only the level of service that distinguishes one provider from another so use that to your advantage. It’s what makes you a cut above the rest. As for other methods of communication, TEXT MESSAGING! Why do you think all those teens rack up thousands of messages per month? They’re quick, to the point, and can be answered almost immediately even if the other person is on the phone when the text comes in.
